We stand behind the quality of our work and want every man who walks through our doors to feel confident in his investment.
Free Strategy Call: Your initial 30-minute strategy call is completely free of charge. No payment is required and no refund is necessary.
The FORGE Protocol — 90-Day Intensive
Full Payment Option: If you paid in full and request a refund within 48 hours of enrollment and prior to your first session you will receive a full refund. No questions asked. After your first session all payments are final and non-refundable.
Payment Plan Option: If you enrolled on a 3-payment plan and request a cancellation prior to your first session your first payment will be refunded in full. Cancellations requested after the first session has been completed will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made.
Why We Have This Policy: Our services are deeply personalized. From the moment you enroll Mike Moulton begins preparing your specific strategy, reviewing your situation, and allocating dedicated time and resources to your reconstruction. That preparation begins immediately and cannot be undone.
Session Cancellations: Individual sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled subject to availability. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited without refund. Repeated cancellations may result in review of your enrollment status.
Extraordinary Circumstances :We understand that life is unpredictable. If you experience a genuine emergency that prevents your continued participation in The FORGE Protocol please contact us directly at mike@brilliantlifecollective.com. We will review each situation individually and work toward a fair resolution.

Please include your full name, date of enrollment, and reason for your request. All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
