1. About Brilliant Life Collective: Brilliant Life Collective, LLC is a crisis strategy and life coaching practice founded by Mike Moulton and based in Rochester, New York. We provide personal reconstruction services for men navigating betrayal, divorce, and life crises.
2. Nature of Services: Brilliant Life Collective, LLC provides crisis strategy, life coaching, and personal reconstruction services. Our services are not a substitute for licensed mental health therapy, psychiatric care, legal counsel, or medical advice. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you understand this distinction. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or call 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, immediately.
3. Client Responsibility: By engaging Brilliant Life Collective, LLC you agree to take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Results vary based on individual commitment, effort, and circumstances. Brilliant Life Collective, LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes.
4. Payment Terms: All fees for services are outlined at the time of enrollment or booking. Payment is required as agreed upon prior to services being rendered. Failure to complete agreed payment arrangements may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable after the first session has been completed. Refund requests made within 48 hours of enrollment and before the first session will be honored in full. After the first session, all payments are final.
6. Confidentiality: All personal information shared with Brilliant Life Collective, LLC is treated with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your explicit written consent except where required by law.
7. Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited. Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Repeated cancellations may result in termination of services without refund.
8. Communication: Brilliant Life Collective, LLC may provide between-session communication via text or email as outlined in your specific service agreement. This communication is not an emergency service. For life-threatening emergencies, please contact 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
9. Intellectual Property: All content, frameworks, tools, and materials provided by Brilliant Life Collective, LLC, including The FORGE Protocol are the intellectual property of Brilliant Life Collective, LLC and Mike Moulton. Reproduction or distribution of any materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability: Brilliant Life Collective, LLC and Mike Moulton are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in our services. You retain full responsibility for your legal, financial, medical, and personal decisions at all times.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with New York State law.
12. Changes to Terms: Brilliant Life Collective, LLC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website at brilliantlifecollective.com. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
