The Anatomy of a Rebuilder: Why I’m Wired to Help You Win

In my work as a Strategic Talent Consultant for Fortune 500 companies, I spent years analyzing what makes people successful. I learned that credentials on a resume are only part of the story because the real power lies in a person's wiring and their innate strengths.

Recently, I reviewed my own CliftonStrengths report, and it confirmed something I’ve felt my entire life. My approach to helping men heal isn't just something I learned in a classroom; it’s the natural expression of who I am. I want to share these five strengths with you because they're the engine behind the Brilliant Life Collective.

The Connection Engine: Relator and Woo

Most people are either "social butterflies" or "deep connectors," yet my report shows that I lead with both Woo and Relator. Woo stands for Winning Others Over, which means I bring energy to social situations and act as a catalyst to help people connect. I have the ability to meet you exactly where you are, no matter how isolated you feel.

I don't stop at the handshake, though. My Relator strength drives me to go deep because people with strong Relator talents form solid, genuine, and mutually rewarding relationships. I’m not interested in superficial coaching. Instead, I want to know the real you and build a relationship that’s close, trusting, and strong enough to withstand the weight of your recovery.

The Architect’s Eye: Strategic Thinking

My Strategic strength is the reason I don't offer generic advice. When I look at a man's life after a breakdown, I don't see a mess; I see a puzzle with a solution. I bring creative anticipation and imagination to the projects I work on.

While you’re stuck in the "brain fog," I’m already seeing the alternative paths. I can quickly weigh the options to determine the one that’ll work best and most efficiently. This is the recruiter in me. I’m always looking for the best possible placement for your potential so we can cut through the noise, eliminate the dead ends, and get straight to the work that matters.

The Fuel for Resilience: Positivity

In a world that often validates cynicism, my Positivity strength is a deliberate weapon. This isn't about fake smiles or ignoring the pain; it’s about an infectious energy and enthusiasm. Simply stated, I believe everyone feels better about life when they’re around this kind of energy.

When you’re running on empty, I have enough belief for both of us. My natural wiring brings hope into the room, and this makes the hard work of reconstruction feel possible. As the report says, I don't avoid unhappy people. Rather, I make unhappy people happy by helping you make lemonade out of the lemons life has handed you. We take the sour reality of your situation and turn it into something useful for your future.

The Constant Evolution: Learner

The Learner strength means I’m never satisfied with the status quo. I not only love to learn, but I also intuitively know how I learn best. I’m constantly consuming new information to keep my coaching on the cutting edge.

You’ll never get stale advice from me. My curiosity drives me to find new tools and mental models to help you win. I fully explore something new in order to fully explain it to someone else. I do the research so I can hand you the roadmap.

Wired for Your Victory

These strengths aren't just words on a page. Relator, Woo, Positivity, Strategic, and Learner are the tools I bring to every coaching session. I’m wired to connect with you, strategize your comeback, fuel your hope, and learn alongside you. You don't have to walk this path alone. You have a guide who is literally built for this mission.
